Hey Caregiver! or Caregiver Champion! We are so grateful that you chose to shop with us! We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not 100% pleased, please note:
- At this time, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
- In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or is incorrect, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with the order number and photo of item’s condition. We will do our best to right our wrong, as customer service is our #1 priority. We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a store credit.
Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs…original and return.

- All orders are processed immediately after orders are placed and we are unable to cancel orders receiving your order confirmation email.
- If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
- Standard order processing time is 6-10 business days.
- Standard shipping time can be up to 7-14 business days after the order is shipped. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Orders are shipped via USPS. Hey Caregiver! is not responsible for any delays our USPS partners are currently experiencing regionally or nationwide.
- Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.
- During holidays or times of high demand, orders may take up 10-15 business days to process.
PLEASE NOTE: Our unisex tees are cut for men. Women should order one size down for a slimmer fit. (ex. Men’s M = Women’s S)
